Landing pages can be found in the Content Manager. Import the page to your Library and activate it. Page Editor > Page Library
Homepage highlights can be found in the Content Manager. Import the highlight to your Library and activate it. Be sure to link the homepage highlight to a landing page.

Client Services Updates

Full Site SSL & Holiday Support

Support Team members Selina Nordstrom and Fran Summerhill have contacted all of our third-party hosted clients regarding the addition of SSL certificates to their websites. At this time, just over 50% of SmartEtailing websites, hosted and otherwise are using https. If you have received a notification from us asking you to verify your domain, please be sure to follow the instructions and complete the process sooner than later. Clients wanting more information about securing their website can read the in-depth discussion on the SmartEtailing blog.

As one can tell by her involvement in the SSL project, our newest Support Team member Selina is quickly getting up to speed in the day-to-day client support process. She has been taking select tickets from the queue and you may have even had her riding along with another support rep on some your conversations with us.

It is hard to believe it is November already and we're getting close to the holiday shopping season. Thanksgiving is on November 23 leading into Black Friday. While we hope everything runs smoothly as you kick off the season, a holiday crew in SmartEtailing Support will be available 8:00-5:00 on Friday, November 24 in case anything should arise with your site.
