In this episode, we looked at how stores on the Workstand platform performed in 2025 compared to 2024, and the results were stronger than many expected. Online sales dollars grew 7.4 percent year over year, with orders and units both up 3.7 percent, driven by smarter inventory management, intentional marketing, and willingness to invest in ads.

One of the biggest surprises was electronics sales, which increased 28 percent and proved to be both legitimate and profitable. We also discussed what worked best for strong online and in-store sales, including keeping aged inventory lean, testing shipping options, and buying strategically for online demand.
