PeopleForBikes recently published their Business Intelligence Hub and approached SmartEtailing for help in providing timely insights into retail sales. Have you been hearing this question, "is my online order ready?" We have enhanced the order confirmation email to include two places for you to add your own custom text. A new text box will appear at the top of the "Thanks For Your Order" email and your current text will appear at the bottom. Update your messaging under Orders > Order Notices or by following these steps.
We launched an improvement that allows Google to better understand and display your website's product data in Google Search results. Google will now serve up more accurate and additional product information when people search for specific products across Google's vast search network (Search, Shopping, Voice search, rich snippets in mobile and map results, etc.). This will increase the visibility of your brand and your website's online shopping function ultimately increasing online sales and in-store foot traffic. This improvement is future-proofed to allow for quickly adapting to future Google programs and SEO best practices.
Our newest features are integrations to collect payment on your SmartEtailing website. There are 3 new ways for customers to pay for their orders, PayPal Financing (U.S. only), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These additional options will bring even another level of convenience to the modern shopper and help grow online sales. Configuring these new payment options is easy. Just login to your SmartEtailing website, go to the Payment Methods screen and toggle these features on. Visit our Help Center to learn the activation steps for PayPal Financing, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
There are two new premium marketing content campaigns that are available to all SmartEtailing retailers, Bike Essentials For Your Ride and Choose Your New Bike. These content packages are designed to showcase the most commonly purchased add-ons and to help you sell more bikes. Each package includes website assets plus email and social content for only $400.
