Each month our teams ship new content, features, and fixes designed to help your shop sell more and run smoother. Here's what's new and ready for you to put to work.

New Premium Campaign

If you missed the email last week, we launched a new Premium Campaign to help you clear old inventory before fall:

End of Season Clearance. Our team built a complete, ready-to-run clearance campaign to help you move summer inventory before the season turns. For $400 you get a custom landing page installed on your site, a set of coordinated social graphics ready to post, and a homepage highlight to drive traffic to it. Check out the preview HERE

New Library Content

Three new pages just landed in your content library, timed for what customers are shopping for right now. Each one is written and designed, sitting in your account ready to add to your site in a few minutes.

Kids' Bike Guide / Back to School. Late summer is prime time for parents sizing up bikes for the school year, and this guide walks them through fit, sizing, and what to look for by age. It's one of the most reliable traffic drivers of the season. Found in the Page Library under Products > Bicycles > Kids' Bike Guide.
BMX Bikes. A category that tends to get underserved online despite steady local interest. This page gives BMX the dedicated space it deserves and helps you capture searches your competitors are ignoring. Found in the Page Library under Products > Bicycles > BMX Bikes.
Custom Bike Builds: Bring Your Dream Bike to Life. High-margin, expertise-driven work is exactly what sets a real shop apart from a big-box retailer. This page showcases your custom build capability and invites customers to start a conversation. Found in the Page Library under Services > Custom Bike Builds.

New Features

Affirm financing is live in checkout. Buy now, pay later is available on Workstand checkout for shops running Stripe. When the average e-bike sale is north of $3,000, a monthly payment option changes the buying conversation and removes one of the most common reasons a ready customer walks away. If you're on Stripe, you can enable it now. If you're still on Auth.net or PayPal, this is a good reason to look at switching. Details in the help center.

Fixes & Improvements

Fulfillment by Category shipping fix. We corrected an issue where the default shipping rate was applying per item instead of once per order. Customers adding multiple items without category-specific rates were getting charged shipping more than once. That's now resolved, and category-specific rates still apply per item exactly as you've configured them. No action needed on your end.
