Supplier Sync connects your Workstand site directly to your suppliers' warehouse inventory. Products they have in stock show up on your site — ready for customers to find, browse, and buy — without you having to physically carry every SKU.
For dealers on the Local plan, Supplier Sync fills in variations on items you already stock. Think: a stem you carry in one length showing up in three more lengths, or a jersey you stock in two colors appearing in six. Customers get the full picture. You close the sale.
For dealers on the Professional plan, Supplier Sync goes further. Any in-stock item from a participating supplier can appear on your site — whether you stock it or not.

Log in to your Workstand Admin and go to Settings > Suppliers > Supplier Sync.
Check the box next to each supplier you work with, configure your exclusions (anything you don't want to appear), set your Ship From labels, and save. That's it. Products from those suppliers' warehouses will start appearing on your site within a few minutes.
